All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
For U.S. customers, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipping.
International delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@labigzskincare.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified.
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To request a return, email info@labigzskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@labigzskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
