Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process any return.
How to Start a Return
To start the return process, please email us at info@labigzskincare.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number].” Include your order details and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care items, undergarments, or custom-made products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
