Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a $5.95 flat shipping rate on all U.S. domestic orders under $50. This rate applies to all products in your order, no matter how many items you purchase — simple, transparent, and reliable.
Free Shipping
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes). Your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your cart total meets the minimum threshold.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. During high-volume times such as new product launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time & Carrier
Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our facility. We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
Shipping Area
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
Shipping Issues or Delays
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, LaBigz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we are always happy to help guide customers through the carrier claim process whenever possible.
